Sekatung Island,Indonesia

Sekatung Island is the outermost and most northerly island of the Riau Islands province, located in the South China Sea and is bordered by the country of Vietnam. Sekatung Island is the area of Natuna regency, Riau Islands province. The island is located on the northeast side of Sea Island with coordinates 4 ° 47 '45 "N, 108 ° 1' 19" E,
Sekatung unpopulated and relatively small size so that the development of this island is more suited to local fishermen stopover. Sekatung has a wet tropical climate with temperatures ranging from 23-32 degrees Celsius. Climate change on the island is influenced by wind direction, namely Wind East Monsoon (May to September) and West Monsoon winds (November to March). April and October is a transition between these two winds.
