Visiting the local library (Perpusda) in Pekanbaru, Riau. When set foot in Perpusda, this place feels spacious and the building welcomes you with comfort. And the place was cold.
Riau provincial library building is named Library Soeman Hs, which was taken from the name of one writer from Riau. This building was officially used since 2008, and the building was air-conditioned and the room floors are basically divided into five sections.
