Luwu Palace is located in the middle of Palopo, Luwu Kingdom Center (now a middle-class city in the province of South Sulawesi). Built by the Colonial Government of the Netherlands around 1920's on the ground the former "Saoraja" (Palace of previously made of wood, propped perhaps 88 pieces) with a trim, land by the Government of the Netherlands.
Luwu Palace became the center of the Sultanate of Luwu a vast kingdom of the ruler by title or Pajung and Datu (In the Kingdom there are 2 Luwu strata ruler / king Datu and then in the higher level Pajung).
