Gedung Tengku Bilik



This magnificent building which illustrate how the kingdom of Riau prime Linga in the range in 1844. The old building which has a modern European architecture is located right next to the tomb of King Jakfar complex. This booth tengku building has similarities with the building Gelam village located in Malacca. similarity of the architecture of both buildings show strong fabric cooperation of the two great empire at that time. This two-storey buildings, although damaged, but its original form is still visible. The shape of the building is the favorite features of the Malays noble late nineteenth century, because the art of such buildings are still found in Singapore (Kampung Gelam palace), in Johor and other places in Peninsular Malaysia. The building was still occupied until the time of World War II and now still attract visitors who come to the island Jaafar.
