Situ Gede is the name of a small lake (Sd., there or Setu means lake) is located in Kelurahan Situgede, Bogor Barat, Bogor City. Located on the edge of Forest Darmaga, which is owned research forests FORDA, Department of Forestry, which has a large pool of about 6 hectares is a daily recreation for the citizens of Bogor. The visitors can boating, fishing, or a walk in the forest canopy. Lake and forest is often used as a filming location and soap. This tourist location is approximately 10 km from the center of Bogor, or about 3 km to the north of Terminal Bubulak.
